Refund Policy

At Malaysian Tenpin bowling Congress, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the services we provide. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds for services, merchandise, and Championship/Tournament tickets.



Refunds for Merchandise


If you decide to cancel the merchandise you have ordered for any reason, we will refund 90% of the amount after deducting 10% for administrative charge provided the merchandise is returned with the original packing within 7 days from the date of your receiving the merchandise. We shall process the refund within 14 days from date of receipt of the cancelled merchandise.



Refunds for Championship/Tournament Tickets


If you have purchased the Championship or Tournament tickets and has utilised it to booked for a bowling squad, you can request to change the squad date and time or replace the squad booked with another bowler provided such change is made known to the Tournament Director at least 24 hours before the commencement of the booked squad date and time.


We offer a full refund of the fees you paid for that Championship or Tournament ticket, as long as the request for refund is made within 7 days from the date of the purchased. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide us with a written explanation of why you were unsatisfied with the purchase. We shall process the refund within 14 days from date of receipt of refund request.



Refund Exceptions


Please note that we do not offer refunds for services that have been completed or for services that were terminated due to a violation of our terms and conditions or policies.
