Malaysia’s bowling queen Sin Li Jane has made a sensational start to the 2026 Professional Women’s Bowling Association (PWBA) Tour season after capturing the PWBA Bowlers Journal Rockford Open title in Illinois, United States.

The national star produced a remarkable stepladder finals run at The Cherry Bowl in Rockford, defeating Singapore’s New Hui Fen 257-234 in the championship match to secure her sixth PWBA Tour title. Entering the televised finals as the fourth seed, Li Jane showcased her class and composure by overcoming Lauren Russo (211-178), Olivia Farwell (244-192), and Jade Cote (256-168) before taking down reigning PWBA Player of the Year New Hui Fen in the title decider.

The victory marks Li Jane’s second triumph at the prestigious Rockford Open, having previously won the event in 2024 during her historic PWBA Player of the Year campaign.

Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress congratulates Li Jane on yet another outstanding achievement on the international stage. Her dedication, consistency, and fighting spirit continue to inspire the Malaysian bowling community while proudly carrying the nation’s flag at the highest level of world bowling.

The success also provides a strong boost for Malaysian bowling as the 2026 PWBA Tour season gets underway, reaffirming Malaysia’s presence among the elite nations in international tenpin bowling.
